We are busy prepping the site to receive all the equipment and commission the plant on schedule.
One of the objectives of the project has been local employment and the response by the local young men has been great. We have 10 - 15 men working building foundations and putting in fences. This is giving us an opportunity to weigh the benefits of "manpower" versus "machine power" and to date the manpower is the way to go.
The weigh scales are ready for installation and the wind monitoring system is also about to be installed onsite. While phase one of the project is our focus we are collecting data for the future phases.
Full-time watchmen start at the beginning of June and the site should really take shape this month. Check back soon for further updates
I'm busy working on my blog posts. Watch this space!
